When turning tall tires behind low gears, stock drivelines become the weak link. One solution is to use Toyota Pickup drivelines instead. Even if you have to have the Pickup shafts shortened, this is still a more economical alternative to custom-made drivelines. This option is especially appealing to anyone doing a Toyota axle swap. In that case, you likely have the driveline that came with the axle and will only need to adapt it to fit the Samurai t-case.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNearly every 84 and up Toyota truck driveline, with the exception of the 2007 and up Tundra, uses one of only five common bolt patterns. The PentAdapter allows a driveline with one of those patterns to bolt directly to a Samurai t-case or pinion flange. Early small flange Samurais with 8mm bolts require drilling to install. Lucky for you, we include the correct drill bit with every kit.
