    Description

    Is your transfer case stuck in neutral? Is your Transmission shifter sloppy? These are some of the most common problems with the Suzuki Samurai. Replace those stock shifter bushings and shifter bolt with the new and improved Nylatron ones with new OEM bolts. They are easy to replace and can be done without pulling your transmission or transfercase out of the vehicle.

    Low Range Off Road is proud to introduce to the world the best transfer case and transmission bushings ever made for the Suzuki Samurai.

    While other transfer case and transmission bushings are made of inferior products, Low Range searched high and low for the best material available. 4 years in our head, we now put our design to work. What we came up with is a Nylatron GS material. Nylatron GS has been used for years in the off road market, being used for high impact solutions over polyurethane for wearability. Nylatron is also a great compound when introduced to chemicals. It is a bearing grade nylon, filled with Molybdenum disulphide. What does this mean? It will maintain a tight fit and clearance over many years- not like the factory t case sheet.

    The neat thing about the transfer case bushing is it's ease of install. Rather than squeezing into the transfer case lever hole, this bushing is installed upside down and then rotated around the transfer case shifter locating pins. So easy, it can be done in seconds. Put it in the hole, rotate it 180 degrees and you are done! This is the same thing with the transmission bushing, it slips over the shifter handle just like the factory piece.
