    Description

    Take your 2025+ RAM 1500 to new heights with the new 4” IFS Lift System from Zone Offroad. Specially designed for the new RAM trucks to improve stance with clearance for larger tires. These kits are built right here in the USA to the highest quality standards to all for improved on-road and offroad performance. As with all Zone Offroad lift kits, these new kits are backed by Factory Protection Plus for peace of mind wherever your adventures may take you. Factory Protection Plus includes Zone Offroad’s Limited Lifetime Warranty, ESC system compatibility and a 5-year 100,000-mile drivetrain warranty.

    Features & Benefits

    • Corrects suspension, steering, and driveline geometry for great on-road handling and improved off-road performance.
    • Heavy-duty differential skid slate improves offroad protection.
    • High-strength, CNC machined, replacement steering knuckles improve strength while correcting steering angles.
    • Top mount strut and preload spacers set ride height and maintain ride quality.
    • Rear coil springs achieve leveled stance while maintain ride quality and load capacity.

    Recommended Tires & Wheels

    (Trimming may be required)

    • 35 x 12.5 with 20 x 9 and 5 in. Backspace
    • 35 x 12.5 with 18 x 9 and 5 in. Backspace

    Important Notes:

    1. Fits models with 3.0L Hurricane I6, 3.6L V6, and 5.7L V8 engines.
    2. Will NOT fit 2019-2024 RAM 1500 Classic models, Refer to the 2018 kit listings.
    3. Will NOT fit models equipped with the Thermal Axle option. Reference build code DSK-P. Vehicles equipped with the Off-Road Group option require special steps similar to Ram 1500 Rebel. To find out if your truck is equipped with the Off-Road Group, call your local Ram dealer, provide your VIN and ask if they can pull your window sticker. In the “Optional Equipment” section there will be a line item that reads “Off-Road Group” if your truck is equipped.
    4. RAMs with factory 22" wheels require the larger bore knuckles due to larger wheel bearing assembly. Reference build code WPM or WPZ.
    5. Stock 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled due to steering interference.
    6. Stock 20s and 22s can be reinstalled with factory tire size.
    7. This kit will NOT work on Diesel models.
    8. Does NOT work for models with factory airbag suspension.
    9. Disconnect BOTH batteries (if equipped), Main and Auxiliary before performing install, more detail in instructions.
    10. Bumper Spacer Kit (ZOND5802) recommended for additional tire-to-fender clearance. Sold separately.
    11. IF USING 18IN AFTERMARKET WHEELS WITH 4.5IN BACKSPACING, TEST FIT WHEELS ON VEHICLE BEFORE MOUNTING TIRES TO ENSURE CLEARANCE
