Is your Transmission shifter sloppy? These are some of the most common problems with the Suzuki Samurai. Replace those stock shifter bushings and shifter bolt with the new and improved Nylatron ones with new OEM bolts. They are easy to replace and can be done without pulling your transmission or transfercase out of the vehicle.

Low Range Off Road is proud to introduce to the world the best transfer case and transmission bushings ever made for the Suzuki Samurai.

While other transfer case and transmission bushings are made of inferior products, Low Range searched high and low for the best material available. 4 years in our head, we now put our design to work. What we came up with is a Nylatron GS material. Nylatron GS has been used for years in the off road market, being used for high impact solutions over polyurethane for wearability. Nylatron is also a great compound when introduced to chemicals. It is a bearing grade nylon, filled with Molybdenum disulphide. What does this mean? It will maintain a tight fit and clearance over many years- not like the factory t case sheet.

The neat thing about the transfer case bushing is it's ease of install. Rather than squeezing into the transfer case lever hole, this bushing is installed upside down and then rotated around the transfer case shifter locating pins. So easy, it can be done in seconds. Put it in the hole, rotate it 180 degrees and you are done! This is the same thing with the transmission bushing, it slips over the shifter handle just like the factory piece.
Features:

1990-1995 Suzuki Samurai Transmission Large Shifter Bolt

Sold As: Each

Finally a way to put Twin Sticks on your Sidekick, Tracker, x90, or Vitara. The biggest advantage of a twin stick setup is that it allows you to be in 2wd Low Range. It can be difficult to steer while in 4wd, especially with a front locker or with large off-road tires.

You no longer need to be a bodybuilder to steer your Sidekick or Trackers on the trail. With a twin stick conversion you will be able to benefit from crawling gears while leaving the front differential unlocked. With the flip of a lever you can engage the front driveline when it is needed.

Without twin sticks, some drivers are forced to leave their hubs unlocked to simulate 2wd low. While that works, it still allows the front driveline to spin which can create noticeable vibration. All too often, it's not a good time to get out of the vehicle by the time you realize you should be in 4wd.

Installation requires removal of the center transfercase detent ball. This transfer case is not known for being the easiest to rebuild. We have detailed step-by-step illustrated instructions to help.

Once internal modification is done, the rest of the kit bolts to the top of the transfer case in place of your original shift tower.
