At 4 Wheeling Plus, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return is necessary. Please carefully review our returns policy below, and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.

Defective or Missing Items

If you receive a defective item, the wrong item, or the wrong quantity, please reach out to us immediately via phone at 256-273-9626 or by email at info@4wheelingplus.com. All claims must be made within 5 business days of order delivery.

Return Process

  • Refund Period: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and have your original receipt or packing slip, we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of the purchase.

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all item refunds.

  • Return Shipping: If an item originally included free shipping and is returned by choice (not a defect or shipping error), there will be an additional returned goods shipping fee of 20% (or actual shipping cost, whichever is less), deducted from the credit.

  • Condition of Items: All items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging complete with all parts, hardware, and manufacturer documentation to be eligible for credit. Opened items will incur a 20% restocking fee.

  • Authorization Required: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization via RA (Return Authorization), which must be included with your returned merchandise.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following types of items:

  • Helmets, Harnesses, or any other dated safety equipment
  • Electrical Equipment and accessories
  • Body Panels or Fiberglass
  • Custom made or personalized items (e.g., seats, custom-length axle shafts)
  • Special order items not usually stocked (e.g., wheels or tires)
  • Used items that have been 'dry-fit,' 'mocked-up,' or 'test-fit' and cannot be resold as new items
  • Shocks that have been bolted on a vehicle (once installed, no returns will be accepted)
  • Fitted safety equipment (e.g., Suits, Gloves, Shoes, etc.) after a 5-day exchange period
  • All sales are final on open box and clearance items, no refunds or exchanges can be given

Warranty Items

  • All items sold by 4 Wheeling Plus are subject to the original manufacturer's warranty.
  • We do not offer warranty replacements on defective or broken items.
  • If you have a defective item under warranty, please contact our customer service department for assistance. Replacement or refund ultimately lies at the manufacturer's discretion.
